Ofsted aligned delivery for your students personal development
Concordia provides a planned approach to personal development for the students taking part in the programme. As a Level 4 Impact Organisation with the Skills Builder Framework, we ensure a proactive delivery and learning of all the 8 essential life skills.

We provide each successful student with a certificate of completion, which also serves as proof of your school's commitment to your students' personal development.
Delivery timetable
We understand every school is unique, that is why we tailor the delivery dates to your specific timetables. The timetable following the agreed date is a 10 day or 48 hour programme time with the students. The 10 days could be spread out over 3 terms, or be delivered in one go over two weeks.
2 week model
2 weeks, 10 days,9.30am-3.30pm
Group: 20 young people per team, with 2 team leaders provided
Bespoke sessions can be discussed with the lead, but we can, in addition to the attachment out line, include a session on politics (linked to Young Ambassador).
Autumn & spring term
Delivered in 3 blocks
